I went to a building in Palm Beach and like NYC I went immediately to the window. The building curved and you could see the lagoon and an angled view of the Intracoastal. I commented to the listing broker about the pleasant scenery. The broker felt I was exaggerating. I find the tree top views of beautiful palm trees and snippets of water in sunny Palm Beach to be a pleasing vista.
A view is a view even if angled. It is one of my favorite things to exploit when showing properties in Manhattan. There is no other city in the country like NYC with such a concentration of high-rises which can appear to be practically on top of each other. I love to go straight to the window of a unit and see what is outside. I get jolly when I see any sort of view! Even angled, it is still a view.
