When Lynda and Tom Murry decided to move from Ponte Vedra Beach in 2010 and buy a home on the island, they chose one in Regents Park in the style that has become known as Palm Beach Regency.
At 100 Regents Park Road, the house showcased the signature style of developer Clarence Mack and is one of just five homes — all with similar architecture — in the enclave he developed just south of Mar-a-Lago, which is today President Donald Trump’s winter White House.
Lynda lists many reasons why the house in Regents Park stood out to her, beginning with its outdoor attributes.
“Out of all the houses we looked it, this property has a private back yard, and the architecture is very understated,” Lynda explains. “Also, Clarence Mack laid out this house so nicely. It’s light, airy and all on one level; when you walk in, you can see all the way through the house to the pool.”
